Client:

This entrepreneurial couple in their 30’s was married with no kids. They owned four residences, three companies, and had very little spare time for anything else.

Situation:

The couple wanted to find a balance between work and their personal lives. The wife was starting an advertising firm while the husband continued to act as CEO of two technology start ups. They found that a great deal of their free time was spent dealing with corporate and household accounting issues leaving little room to relax while traveling.

Solution:

Client hired TAG to provide both personal and corporate accounting services:

1. Client’s personal and LLC accounting were setup in QuickBooks. Transactions were entered for all of 2010 to provide the Client with accurate financial reporting across all assets for the entire year (three brokerage accounts, numerous personal bank accounts and four LLC operating accounts).
2. All banking arrangements were consolidated to one bank, credit cards and lines of credit were adjusted to ensure the lowest interest expense.
3. Client received a personal financial statement within two weeks, and continues to receive a comprehensive financial package by the 18th of each month.

Results:

• Banking and other fees are now 60% lower.
• Clients are now able to focus on traveling and living a stress-free lifestyle.
• All corporate back offices are running on “cruise control” allowing for other pursuits… both personal and entrepreneurial.
