JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education and Experience

Essential:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
  • Moderate accounting software systems knowledge (QuickBooks, Excel)
  • 5 + years accounting experience
  • Experience in managing and directing personnel

Desired:

  • Sage 100 Contractor accounting software systems knowledge

Skills and Knowledge

Essential:

  • Advanced Accounting Skills
  • Advanced MS Office Suite including Excel
  • Strong GAAP Accounting and Tax knowledge
  • Strong understanding of various entity types including LLC, Corp, Trusts and tax implications of various business structures
  • Ability to analyze, identify and solve complex accounting and software problems
  • Record-keeping and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to manage, lead and coach a team during the implementation process
