Select a qualified Value Added Reseller (VAR) - What industry, what size and finally, "What do you want to be when you grow up?" are the key issues we address when assisting you in selecting the best software reseller for your company. While we have strong relationships with a number of VAR's throughout Southern California, we accept no fees or commissions for selecting their software. When such a commission is available, we pass 100% of it on to our client.

Installation - Whether it is as simple as installing a one user accounting software package, or integrating your "JIT" Inventory Management System with your CRM and Financial Reporting System, The Accounting Group will steward your company through the process to insure that all outside providers are integrating in a timely and productive manner.

Data Conversion - Converting your data and/or running parallel systems is a critical element of your progression to your new software. The Accounting Group has both the upper and lower level personnel available to assist your on-site staff in this process.

Training - This is typically the area most neglected by small and medium sized companies. The most critical component of an effective system conversion is the immediate and ongoing periodic training of all system users. Rest assured that The Accounting Group will work with your software VAR and other outside training vendors in your area to train your personnel in a financially prudent manner.

New Procedures Cheat Sheet: New system, new keystrokes! Your employees will need to get accustomed to inputting data, and running reports like they did in the old system. We set up a laminated cheat sheet for employees for reference until their comfortable on the new system. These cheat sheets can be re-used as new personnel are hired.

New Procedures Handbook - For larger clients where it is financially prudent, we assemble a handbook that includes the new software nomenclature into their policies and procedures handbook.
